Book Presentation: I Love the Sunsavouring Word of My Sweet Armenia, poem by Yeghishe Charents Translated into 35 Languages

“I love the sunsavouring word of my sweet Armenia” poem written nearly 100 years ago is one of the unique masterpieces of all times. The series “Tagharan” Yeghishe Charents dedicated to his wife Arsenic. Charents wrote the poem “I love the sunsavouring word of my sweet Armenia” — the last poem of the “Tagharan” series — in 1920-1921, when he was only 24 years old.

Grandchild of Charents Gohar Charents initiated the translation of the poem into different languages. This book is the collection of translations in 35 languages. The book is decorated with the pieces of canvases of Martiros Sarian.
